Eula Account blocked until 2052. Why? 😕

I heard that devs are more involved in the reddit page. And I don´t know but, maybe a GM o Comunity Manager could be there

Wow, I thought my loss was bad! You really have been hit hard! I feel for you.

It is ridiculous that none of us are being listened to or are even being ignored!

I have doubts in the concept of us being banned for being successful on the market, quite a few people have stated

that. I do think it is more likely that we have unwittingly purchased items from bad accounts.

The only problem is the complete show of ignorance we are all receiving leads us to jump to conclusions!

I know for a fact thanks to one decent human that I have bought “something” from a bad account

It was acknowledged that I am able to say I did not know how it happened and the ignorance shown towards

the subject is unwarranted or rather unexpected. Also, the actual value is fairly low!

I think all the accounts in the same situation will more than likely be victims of the same or a very similar scenario.

Well, I tried on reddit. But none of the GM’s accept direct messages

I’m getting bored of how impossible it is proving to be to get any acknowledgement of this problem now. :weary:

It amazes me how this topic keeps disappearing into a sea of comments on the update. Shame this issue isn’t

receiving as much attention.

I would rather play the game and find out all the build opportunities that sound like they have been opened up than

sit here being ignored.

going on and on and on
but really just be happy to have a place to talk… because they can lock this topic anytime they want,so they are listening to you buy keeping this open for you…

Quite difficult, for the person who has to judge this. I myself was tasked with monitoring “illegal” transactions in another game a few years ago. We had a few tools for that. Suspicious transactions between players and, for example, the same IP, was an instant ban. The point is that whoever controls this sort of thing can see a lot more than most people think. It may then still be that the “offender” is innocent and in good faith, but that all signals are red. I can’t imagine that you get a perma ban for 1 suspicious transaction. If it does work that way at XO, it’s pretty sad and unprofessional.

That is some really useful information! In my case the same IP would be impossible because I only have one account!

If the analytics team have all these tools at their disposal, why have they not properly looked into who was doing

what? also, I’m led to believe it was an automated ban on my account. In this case, why did the analytics team uphold

the block on my account, they must have just skimmed over without actually looking into it. I strongly believe from

speaking to the other players in my situation that heavy trading is what has landed us with a purchase from the

offending moron’s account. It can only be one or at most two, because I found out that it is of a lower value than the

coins in my account! at the time I got banned, most of my coins were tied up in the market! Surely, they must have

been able to see how search for my items! If I were looking for a specific item, would I have used the search ALL tab

with profit selected as my parameters? like I nearly always did, unless occasionally I would go into the legendary

weapon tab or the legendary cabin tab, those were my only variations! I really appreciate that information Psychq!

Thank you.

Cheeky sod :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

You might have a point bud. Or they might not be looking at all?

If any of you guys who have lost your accounts want to get your voice heard somewhere else,

I made a reddit account and posted about the issue on there, in the hopes of someone taking notice.

To be honest I haven’t fully worked out how to use the site yet, but here is a link:

Multiple blocked accounts relating to the market : Crossout (reddit.com)

The more of us that speak up about this issue the better. I know some of you are giving up,

but it doesn’t hurt to keep trying. Don’t give up on something that shouldn’t have been taken from you!

Please could all of the still blocked accounts have them looked into again to determine if they actually really did do anything intentionally? I’m sure if any item was purchased from either a hacked account or an account actively trying to targe its sales, I and I’m sure all the other account owners would be happy to reimburse the cost of whatever it is from our own coin. All these blocked accounts traded heavily on the market, please see that it was genuinely unintentional to buy whatever items we may have bought. This is my last-ditch effort to reach out to the DEV’s CM’s GM’s. thank you. Kind regards. KiSiT.

I still don’t understand why you can’t tell us what rule you broke.
As long as you’re not posting the actual PM, that shouldn’t violate the rules.

I traded as heavily as the Crossout market system would allow me to with the 20-item limit and I have unintentionally
purchased something off the market that was either from a hacked account, or off someone targeting their sales.
Gaijin sent me to the Russian forum who then sent me to this forum. Where I made my account and entered an appeal
The appeals process informed me that there was nothing they could do with me and to speak to someone else, then I was finally told that I was involved in “address in-game transactions” not told if I bought or sold something but simply, I am absolutely guilty in the coldest, bluntest and borderline rudest way with two messages spaced over two weeks. I have discovered for myself through one actually decent human that I had purchased something, it was of a pretty low value, less than the coin in my account that wasn’t tied up in the market, and I hadn’t been offered the appropriate resolution which I still haven’t been offered. All of my messages to various people have been met with pretty much there is nothing I can do for you but good luck. I have discovered for myself that there are 16 accounts that bothered saying that they got blocked for 30 years all at the same time as me, clearly shown from the gaijin issues page coupled with the three topics created on this form including mine. Some of those players were the old regulars seen in the pvp battles! Most of this has actually been covered so far within this discussion, but I just rounded it all up. Apart from our very own beloved Charlie9204 That guy deserves :+1: :+1: for all his input throughout the forum! None of the blocked accounts have received any help, and a lot of them have not even been told what their blocks are for! but same 30-year block on the same date as mine, it goes without saying. I only really know what I know through extensive messaging and searching for information! The only people to ignore me are actually the people who are supposed to be helping. Something has clearly gone wrong, and either they wont admit there is a problem or they are just ignoring it. Finally, to all the people who have posted the typical “argh you must be guilty” comments, I have been polite so far, well now I tell you, you don’t bloody well know what has happened! keep your opinions to yourself because I dam well valued my account and I enjoyed playing the game, I wouldn’t have risked my account over a few stupid bloody coins! I was doing perfectly fine with all the tools provided by the game!

I can tell that you’re starting to lose patience. Well, no surprise. You’re not the only one - that whole situation is starting to get to me as well. Such level of either ignorance, incompetence or blind trust in automatic systems is just ridiculous.

The issue is serious - it’s not about some new accounts created only with cheating in mind. It concerns numerous players that have put a substantial amount of time and effort into this game! Yet there is still no official statement regarding the matter. Absolutely pathetic.

Market is part of this game. Grinding is not the only way to gain stuff - trying to profit from playing the market is also part of the gameplay. On what basis are players doing it accused so confidently of any bad intentions? Playing the market is just part of the fun in this game! Is this concept so hard to understand? Or is the only explanation in Gaijin’s eyes that we were doing it due to some malicious intent?

They only give you a vague reason and further nothing?
How did you discover a hacked account was involved and how did you find the 16 other players?

No comment to the above   let’s hope this doesn’t happen to him!!

Every message I received from Gaijin was always dismissive and directed me via a link to a list of five Russian GM’s

The Russian GM’s all simply provided me a link to the English forum’s appeal process.

The English forum’s appeal process dismissed me without information and passed me to another person.

The other person informed me after a week or so that I was blocked for “Address in-game transactions” Quoted me some of the Eula on it although, it was not quoted word for word in any way shape or form.

For reference, here is the market section of the Eula:

9. IN-GAME MARKET TRANSACTIONS

9.1. Any transactions on the purchase and sale of In-Game Items or another in-game values (currency and etc.) between the players (“In-Game Transactions”) are strictly prohibited if:
9.1.1 made for “real-world” money or other values;
9.1.2 made outside the market available in the Game (“In-Game Market”); and/or
9.1.3 meet the criteria of an Address In-Game Transactions as defined in clause 9.2 below.

9.2. The “Address In-Game Transaction” means any In-Game Transaction implying the buyer that knows the identity of the seller, and the seller that knows the identity of the buyer (and/or the parties communicate on the transaction outside the Game). Gaijin reserves the right to consider any In-Game Transaction as an Address In-Game Transaction at its own discretion, including by means of automatic decision-making, provided such a transaction corresponds to the definition of an Address In-Game Transaction above.

9.3. The In-Game Transactions which are prohibited by this Section 9 shall be punished at the sole discretion of the Administration up to permanent deletion of Gaijin Account.

This particular snippet was strange to me: “Gaijin reserves the right to consider any In-Game Transaction as an Address In-Game Transaction at its own discretion” and it was reworded and included in the quote I received.

I was then asked about it to which OfCourse I explained in depth that I did not knowingly do this.

Around another week after I simply received a one-line response stating they had proof
and I have been completely ignored since.

I spent ages writing up messages that were more like letters explaining my views and opinions always politely
I have sent everyone I can find messages; I have been ignored by most, and I have received two poor responses
with no offer of explanation or means of discussion.

One person provided me useful information that is where I learned that I had actually purchased something and at a fairly low price, my account could cover the cost and it was very surprising that I had not been offered this resolution

I have no clue as to who I bought the item or items off, my mention of a hacked account is purely a guess, it makes the most sense as anyone who does this sort of think obviously does not care one bit about the account, they are doing it from.

The 16 other players, I found half on this forum and half on the Gaijin issues page there are also a few on reddit buried way down now. I have spoken to quite a few of them, some players although I didn’t speak to them, I saw them regularly in pvp matches. Some have been told why they have blocks on their accounts, and it is exactly the same reason as me, and exactly like me they also are being ignored! all the blocked accounts I’m talking about were blocked at exactly the same time as me all with the same multiple violations of the Eula 30-year ban and all traded heavily on the market!

It’s funny, because before the block on my account I had never spoken to a Crossout player outside of the game!
now, I have made a forum account Russian and English, a discord account and a Reddit account! Madness. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If they think that we made planned transactions for those purchases/sales that were made shortly after publication. That has happened to me many times and if that were one of their “ways” to identify illegal transactions the only thing left for me is to laugh or cry.

Our blocks are due to “address in-game” transactions" on the Crossout market.

This is seeming to be more and more unlikely for any of us.
Sorry to say guys.

It does however free up a lot of time to visit review sites!

This would be time wasted, they already have bad reviews, but if it makes you feel better
