Ripper is not good so no one crafts them, BUT at the same time they are very OP in Levi wars.
So low craft rate + high end CW demand = High Cost

Here’s what they can do in Levi wars: First, Levi AI targets saws before it targets real people. That means levis aim at Rippers, destroy the saws, then have to refocus on a real target. Second, when a levi runs over some saws at speed, it provides huge impulse that bucks the levi up in the air and causes it to lose all of its targeting for half a second. These losses of AI firepower caused by the Ripper decide the match, as the levi that didn’t get bucked or lost focus from shooting saws is pouring out useful damage the entire time. Third, After hitting Ripper saws about 5 times a levi completely deframes and becomes a honkable nugget on the ground. Fourth, when a levi runs over saws, it has a good chance of flipping. A levi flipping is a disaster only topped by a levi getting high centered on a wall. The end result is that Rippers are the best gun in levi wars by a huge margin and the team with the most double Ripper Hadron hovers always wins.
Buy if you like to cheese a truckload uranium twice per week and like a completely useless relic the rest of the time.
