For me, both āhumanityā and āintelligenceā of a player depend on a single thing: whether they drive like a complete an idiot, or not. If they push teammates, get in the ass of their teammates and not let them retreat, PIT them, get in their clearly visible and used line of fire with a weapon that does less damage, if they never let go of W no matter how much mayhem they cause for their own team, then I classify them as āsubhuman retardsā ie.: h-1 i-1.
And the proof should be what? Video of pwning few noobs? Thats how you roll it here?
The real proof is fighting duels. I am willing to fight anything on PC upto 7k PS. And higher PS later when I get full set of IMPs.
I used h1 as basic value for absolutlely isolated play. No harm. No assist. What you talk of is more like h0-0,5

The proof would be anything showing skill.
Let me set you up here, instead of just bashing you.
You say you have very good tactics, know when to retreat, attack, help the team out. Demonstrate these things. Show me you doing circles to keep your speed up, watching the radar, and pouncing on an enemy right as he becomes isolated. Beat the brakes off him in this isolated 1v1.
Or show me a long range player taking good pot shots behind enemy lines and you closing the distance using cover like you say and you murdering him.
Show me you outdueling another close range build in a fair fight.
Show me you juking the brakes off someone to get positioning that won you the battle.
Show me you winning a 1v4 in the enemies spawn.
I can show you all of these things, with the clips I already have.
Point being, show something that demonstrates you can do all these tactical things you are talking about. Otherwise it is just theory crafting without substance.

I will have to point out something what about support drone users, these are the guys with 2 drones and either a single gun or support weapon.
Generally they are sacrificing damage for utility some times they only have one drone and a lot of utility like a trombone, argus, and a radar detector.
your list fails to take into account utility and team comp, example a tempora melee can be high int and H on your list if played to support their allies like a high mass one that pushes enemies into their allies.
You completely discount turrets, drones, and missiles even though a good user of them can be valuable to a team, example a good turret user can create large area denial sections with a barrier and 3 cobras.
A support huricane or even pyre user can do massive damage to anyone who runs into a kill box with out counter equipment.
And drones, outside of the fuze drones will either do massive damage to the enemy or distract their fire allowing for a few seconds of safe fire by you and your team if the drone user is in the melee (why I think drones should be limited to 2 per build.)
Your list misses so many factors it isnāt funny.
Sounds like useless hitting box every time teams play highly mobile way.
Any normal build can deliver tons of damage.
That only last for few seconds. Doesnāt helps that much. I thought barrier could be real usefull thing, but it only last seconds and requires allies to stand in one point - not cool.

Spamming drones takes only seconds to clean up and teams are back fighting, with -1 or -2 on a team.
Imagine 2xPiercer builds+2x drone guys you talk about vs 4x piercer buildsā¦ What are the adds do you think?
ā¦ and with how dismissive you are and well off about it, I mean seriously you dismiss playstyles literally on your own personal dislike of them.
Also the barrier is designed to protect turrets not allied players.
Anyway I give you a -3H 1I because you are trying to clasify and blanket term users when you likely have only seen a handful of players and not all in that class.
I seen a lot at low to mid PS to be sure of what I speak of. And some at high PS to know things arenāt so different there.

Played hovers for a solid year (not in PVP tho, it was broken af and I have some dignity), itās braindead garbage, and I just canāt stand how most hovers act like theyāre 200 iq pro gamers because they can strafe out of cover without bonking a wall or camp some crappy rocks for 5 mins. Lancing some derp on hovers is legit 10 times harder than dodging some derp lancer with hovers.
Reversing over car wrecks on the old Old Town to get dogs stuck on the decor was honestly the cheapest, laziest way to get a free round.

I intended this as kind of discussion but it just turned out to be rather a troll thread. Fine by me.
People come, see their weapon class isnāt top rated and just go nuts.
Characterizing players who use weapons other than MG as noobs and/or phobic etc doesnāt help to start a good discussion. Perhaps you should check your own stats and ask yourself if you are qualified to make judgments about other weapons use and the players using them. You really only have decent experience with low tier hitscan weapons.
