Killed by nothing

I was going to put this in the bug report section, but for some strange reason i cannot create a post there.

So this guy has been killing me a few times with only a skinner and boosters.
He locks on and we start driving at crazy speeds, my car explodes after a few seconds, and he drives off laughing.
I just wonder if it has something to do with the old speed limit explosions, i thought they were gone.

Going too fast still kills you, but only if there’s a collision with terrain. Heli’s are fine going at over 1000km/h, until they crash, then they die instantly. Got a super fast wheeled build? If that thing hits even a tiny bump in the ground, KABOOM!!!

…Also: for whatever reason, the invisible barriers don’t count, at high enough speeds you just kinda ricochet off, no kabooms.

…And boosters don’t let you go fast enough to explode by themselves on flat terrain, but if you are falling with gravity then it will explode on impact, same if you have someone pushing/pulling you slightly.

And yes, helis DO go that fast:

I literally posted where to post the bugs 1 posts up?

i meant the bug report section in this forum ya goof.
i was going to post bugs before that i discovered but nobody gave me the link or anything, i believe my posts got very little attention. i guess either people just dont like me or they didnt think it was worth reporting :man_shrugging:

lol…

The link is what they replaced it with. If I happen to have the page open I’ll often hand out the link when I see people posting bugs to the forum but there are like a few spots that direct people to post to the bug tracker already on the forum. I’m not exactly sure why they left the few posts and the sections up on forum though as it seems to just confuse people.

I’ve reported a few things and generally don’t get a response but I think that’s the norm, if they fix it they do tend to close out the report. I do read the bugs on the tracker though and have seen some of them get responses for extra info but they seem to ones that are more log dependent or have multiple people experiencing the same bug. They also get spammed a lot with complaints and non-bug issues that should be going to the other support links.
