Me too. You say there should be less bots, and agree there is flexible system to limit there amount. In what way there should and could possibly be less?
It was a long time ago ,I dont know how long youāre playing XO but there was a time when I havent see any bots in pvp, the player base were huge.
Honestly, Iād rather wait a minute and play without bots and ofc 8vs8
Iām saying that I enjoy PVP more when there are less bots. And that many other people feel the same. And that less bots means there are more players, and that is a good thing for a small game.

I actually have more fun with pvp when there are bots. They are extra things for me to duck and cover between.

If youāre that gud, they shouldnāt be a problem for you at all.
If you are so bad that bots make you troubles - you should be having even harder times fighting more players.

There isāt any contradiction in here. I like to abuse them for cover fire often. They cover for the periods of time where I miss calculate my cloaking. Do you see something wrong with this?

Iām using them as tactical advantage when I can, sort of like using terrain or some other mechanic.
What every player should understand about xo and other similar thing is when enemy attacks something, he is rather vulnerable for attack himself, no matter what he attacks, bot or player. Thatās why in WW2 pilot most often had 2nd guy covering them while they attack. And if he switches to attacking you he might be taking fire from bot, if heās not, make sure he does, ram wheels, lure him to one. Itās that cooperation that adds more diversity to the overall process. Players do that too, but players are rather erratic being with lots of random sh*t going through their mind and often decisions more stupid than scripts of AI.
Say you follow some player, you see 2 enemies, you think itās a fair chance to attack, start attacking and get your attention to that processā¦ and next thing - you find yourself alone vs 2 guys because second guy had some change of heart for whatever reason.
