I really do not care win or lose as long as I get rewarded. Except you need two or three wins per day.
Complaints. 1. Only Patches from Missions category count for the Challenges. No drones eliminated many Patches you could earn, like Strike for destroying Turrets. By the time I earned the required Patches, I had over double the Patches in regular Crossout.
2. Score calculating and Assist calculating. I injured all 6 enemy, yet when they died, I received no assists. The 15 second rule is in effect. The Assist does not count if the enemy dies over 15 seconds from the last time you damaged them. This means you earn the Assistant patch much less frequently. The statistics page showed how many important parts I had destroyed which was quite a bit and yet I earned only 38 points for no reward. I forgot to screenshot it.
3. The MM, as others mentioned. Playing RU late or early can help from the USA.
I am not crafting any Epics, no matter how many Resources I earn. I have my three Vector vehicle at 3999 and will not exceed 4,000 PS. Replace the common Hardware with Rares, replace the common wheels with Rares and add a Radar and play.
Over 15 Missions to earn 5 Patches, so stupid!
On console what I’m seeing more is Goliath tackler builds, on a variety of cabins (probably with Golden Eagle).
I’ll make some tanks soon, but for now I’m focusing on trying to make something that can counter the Goliath builds. Made a melee build last night that seemed to work ok. Pinning tracks from the side is always a good strategy against tanks.
It turns out it’s so easy to build, to rack some resources and go build something and try it out ( i even build some wrong wheels and… what the hell ).
Also i’m not aware this was a race…WTF.
So, i made a plain, simple build i’m running some tests and let’s see …
yeah, yeah i could build something and farm plenty of guys ( epics are also dirty cheap ) but i plan to take the scenery route and enjoy the jorney.
The way i see it.
I have three months to make a build that’s going to be in a PS bracket ( normal crossout ) with a sucky building parameters, ( this system is so much better ).
I don’t care if i lose the blueprint, hopefully i will able to assemble what will come out of this with my eyes closed
( i rebuilt my puncher so many times because buffs and nerfs that i know it by heart ).
This event…i’m calling it a event…just like slaughter event was, has a huge advantage over the later.
I just can have two builds, why not?
when i get tired or in the rock bottom because of dead ends in the building front i’ll just take a page from the @Горынка_Упорынка’s book.

Better hurry, you get 100 spark plugs from leagues, multiply that by 11 seasons and you get 1100. Plus 400 spark plugs at level 52 of BP, this is just enough to get you 2 maingame epics (or 1 fused epic) from the BP workbench.
Unless you also count top-500 rewards which include spark plugs
They’re really good too, but so far i’ve seen that they get countered by a proper varun or fatman build

Ughhh no no no. Unfortunately the only SOMEWHAT good melee builds is a firedog. And you need 3 remedies, blight, 4 bigfoots (preferably 6) and an epic engine. Way too risky.
If you want to counter goliaths (without using goliaths yourself) it’s better to do that on a distance. Impulses work fine (but they lack HP so it’s risky too). Joules deal alot of damage. Specters are also good, just throw catalina cab into the mix for both cases. Naguals deal INSANE damage but damn they lack HP, are really big and you’ll be degunned constantly. You might try snowfalls or crickets but they are only for tracks / augers, you’ll have a hard time using them on wheels.
For the other weapons, just no. They are uneffective.
I’m planning on doing something like that, but what I made yesterday was just a five borer growl build with no epics, and I quickly got a few MVPs.
I don’t even consider myself good at melee, but I guess I’ve played enough to be able to be at least somewhat effective. I’m going to try adding a tormentor or two, as the borers can only take out a Goliath if no one is targeting my rear end while I’m grinding.
If I hit the Goliaths from the side, they’re pretty much helpless unless someone rescues them.
And the wall of borers just slice through all the small wheeled builds without breaking a sweat.
I also want to try an incinerator build, probably on meat grinders. Seems like they could be good against tanks, if my team is somewhat competent.
Good question. I did craft three Epic Rapid-fire Machine guns to replace my Vectors, which raised my power score 1200. This resulted in facing an even greater discrepancy in power scores. I returned to the Vectors and many times the power scores were acceptable, but some were insane. There seems to be no reason to exceed 4000 power score.
The lag is so bad that using machine guns is terrible. I have already played through all these weapons before the lag and fps were so bad. Shotguns, if you can pin the enemy, then they can’t miss, but the enemy are not where you see them. They have moved .5 or greater seconds into the future. Makes stripping weapons almost impossible. Then the challenge is to destroy weapons. What a crock.
I was surprised to find king mines to craft. I may switch to them if they are worth the power score increase. King mines would be something new for me. I will craft Epics! Who would of thought?

I’m also struggling with the game FPS / rendering issues due to graphic card.
I got a set of king mines…but no.
My intent was mounting them on the front facing forward but they just drop to the floor and take a lot of time to go off, i end up tripping my own mines
Finally I got a bunch of shivers and went old style ( spitfires ) if they work then i will switch them up for ruptures which i already got.
Got a Torero cabin, and so far so good , if everything goes to my way i will put some tracks in my build.
Next stop. Arathrons and Joules.
Don’t get too caught up in PSs because a bit earlier i just face a 12 k build with a sub 3k build, 8k and stuff.
But is been a test drive.

You have the opportunity to repair the Epic parts after the battle. As long as you own the Resource then you should never lose your parts. I do not believe you would lose a saved blueprint. You could not assemble it though until you replaced the missing parts.
I don’t think this mode uses the normal matchmaking.
It seems like it’s just attempting to get a roughly even total team PS, and doesn’t care at all about the individual player PS spread. At less busy times, the total team PS may not be that close, as it seems to prioritize less bots over perfect matches.
I went back to playing an all-rare build for a bit to build up my spare parts supply, and was facing the same teams as when I was playing a higher PS car.
I kind of like having a mixture of low and high PS builds on the teams. Makes the big ones feel bigger, and makes it more obvious what the stronger enemies are going to be. Makes tactics different.
there was a bug (currently fixed) that allowed you to dupe legendary decor for your maingame account and you could salvage it for resources. So you could turn 100 spares into ~120 coins worth of resources
What’s even more funnier is if you remember the lucifer situation. You know, when you could put it on hadron and you’d get near instant reload speeds for other weapons.
It wasn’t fixed for 2 days because “it’s muh weekend!!! we don’t work on saturdays/sundays!!!”. BY PURE COINCIDENCE this bug was happening when you had lucifers in BP, and you had to buy elite BP to reach them at that point.
The bug which directly harms their company and their economy was fixed in 2 hours. But muh weekends? You don’t work on them?
The additional weekly challenges are bugged. They update every day instead of every week. Do they only last 24 hours? Do they stack? The words read, “Updated once a week.”
Well, tomorrow I will know if the additional challenges stack or not. I will not earn 10 assistant, unyielding, or mvp patches before 1:00 AM when the timer will end in my time zone. I have Victories of Wires and Batteries that I desire to achieve. I will not play Rust & Dust all night, just enough to earn the 5 Patches. It reads new challenges will appear when you complete the previous challenge, but this is the first time I could not complete an additional challenge within 24 hours. It also reads that the challenges update every week, but as discussed previously, there is a bug. So, is the timer counting down to the next update or the expiration of the challenge? I will know fer sure in the morning. I have only one additional challenge in the queue.
It requires too many battles to earn these 5 patches from the Missions category. Many patches from the Missions category are unavailable. Here is an example.
You cannot earn the Mission Patch “Strike” in R&D. Here I earned 3 in 1 mission. All drone related patches are out. All cloaking related patches are out. Today, I only earned 7 patches to get the 5 required Missions patches. Yesterday, I had 11 patches total when I earned the 5 required mission patches.
