So, OK? I’ll play along.
Selling ads for major brands in video games isn’t new, and isn’t always a bad thing, but I’m leery of the prospect of seeing it done on this scale in this game…and I don’t get anything out of it? I think I should get something out of this deal, since I’m being ranched to corporate. If Wuling Motor Company is going to sponsor this mini-pass, I would expect Targem not to allow the company to be publicly shamed by having them present a cheap-ass pass in their honor. Basically, I want the structure parts the Chinese got for their attention and patronage…and for Buddha’s sake where is the music that should be coming out of those speakers? WTF kind of presentation is this?

I’m probably going to buy this mini pass just because it’s goofy, and I want the decor. Nobody else will, I bet. It’s too unusual, I think, but that’s what I’m into. I think it will grow on me…like a friendly tumor on the back of my head that speaks to me in whispers.
I’m not sure I like the theme, but it is the weirdest thing I’ve seen in the wasteland in a while.

D@mmit, Doc… I hadn’t even considered this mini-BP, but yeah… um… Love the headlights, love the damage counter, and that stupid test drive thing looks - like you said - creepy. It reminds me of the character on some Ramen Noodles we sometimes get at the local Asian farmer’s market.

Is that Chinese dark-humor, or is it an abomination that resulted from it’s contact with the Crossout Virus? I can’t really tell from way over here, but my research on the Wuling Motor Company didn’t make them out to seem so overtly spooky in regards to their sugary mascot or product agenda.
I decided I like them (the creepy Crossout version), and I want Ling-that-follows-my-car-around decor.
I’ll settle for that counter…for now. I’ve had my eye on that thing for a while.

Every time I log on to the game the clock says 50 minutes till the next clan confrontation. This timer is stupid and is dragging this crummy tutorial challenge out way too far.
But, this is my build for that gig at the moment, if I ever get in there again.
It holds its own in PVP, but I’m not winning very many matches. I’m getting my wires though.
I’m glad I got the Catalina, and it feels a little different tonight. I’m not getting my guns shot off so easy anyway.
I’m taking a break waiting for the stupid clan war clock, so I don’t get burnt out before I go in there. I’m already ready to go watch TV though.

Oops? I guess I missed it? WTF? When I left the game it said ten minutes till the next “confrontation” match would reopen. Now I go back and it says an hour and 7 minutes?
This is stupid.
EDIT: I posted this gripe here so I could compare the time stamp.
Since I couldn’t get into Confrontation mode, which I think is complete BS and is making this “Confrontation Tutorial” a real pain in the ass to complete and stalling my progress, I spent some time tinkering with that build instead.
I built a hoodie for my guns.
I swapped the wheels out and it allowed me a bit more weight to build with, so I could add those cutters to the bumpers on the roof over my guns.
I works pretty darn good. It’s doing a lot better in PVP. Now, if I can get those guns fused, I think I might have something ready for that Confrontation gig.
I’m liking this build pretty good at this point. That Cutter/Bumper combo works great for gun-guards.
