This game needs a feature to queue for multiple game modes simultaneously

As the number of Crossout players continues to decline, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find matches, and the number of non-functional servers is also rising. I believe improving the queue system is a necessary solution to address this issue.

Here is the improvement I propose: Allow players to select multiple game modes they want to play and choose multiple preferred servers. This way, players with overlapping game mode preferences can be matched together to start a game.

  • Increased Pool of Eligible Players
Allowing players to queue for multiple game modes simultaneously expands the pool of eligible players for each match. Instead of waiting for others to queue for a specific mode, the system can find matches across overlapping preferences, reducing idle time.

  • Flexible Server Selection
By enabling players to choose multiple preferred servers, the system can search across a broader range of servers to find optimal matches. This flexibility minimizes the bottleneck caused by a limited number of players on a single server.

  • Dynamic Matchmaking Priorities
The system can prioritize matching players whose selected game modes and servers overlap the most. This reduces the chance of players being left unmatched and ensures that matches are created as efficiently as possible.

  • Efficient Handling of Smaller Player Bases
In regions or times with fewer players, the system’s ability to consider multiple game modes and servers ensures that even a small player base can be utilized effectively to create matches without delay.

  • Reduced Fragmentation
By combining players from various game modes and servers into overlapping groups, the system avoids fragmentation where players are spread too thinly across different queues. This unified approach accelerates matchmaking.

This improvement plan would not only benefit Crossout but also serve as a great update for other games like WarThunder. Consider implementing this feature in Crossout first to verify its functionality and evaluate player feedback and overall efficiency.

But what happens if you want to use build “A” in missions and build “B” in levi invasions? Whichever car you selected last, will be used for whichever mode you’re placed into. Imagine going into levi invasions using a buggy build with 6 chords.

i did not replyed you. i repostng this

then, just choose one gamemode.

Even if you set only one game mode, if others have set multiple, you will also benefit in terms of matchmaking speed
