Maybe if they lowered the costs across the board and increased resources then players might be in a better mood and thus less toxicity in the game LOL ![]()
Or Maybe introduce a crossout peace prize ![]()

I am getting a bit too full of myself now lol

lol… Possibly. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten into little squabbles telling people not to tell people their teams suck when defeated in various modes.
There’s some situations like not getting to cap quick enough that could probably be improved with some audible sound warnings that might help. Similarly the clock count down in the last 30 or seconds of match could be a little flashier even if done sound wise. I get sucked into the game sometimes too so I can understand when others do the same.
I often find it amusing that the people that take the greatest offense at other peoples mistakes in a match are normally already dead. It’s like a bad peanut gallery though I understand their frustrations too.
I generally think a bunch of the problems outside of their business model.
Upgrades could get some PS increases. This would help a little with the seal clubbing. The kiddy pool introduction could be done more incrementally even though it shrinks the player pool a little for them. A player that is lvl 60+ probably shouldn’t be playing a player that is rank 30. With paid progression increases it’s never going to be perfect but they could attempt to minimize the impact a little.
Matchmaking could be worked on again. I generally don’t mind playing with people way over me, I always feel better when I lose in matches like that then when it’s not aa challenging.
Treatment of casual players - is an easy fix for BP switch the dailies to weeklies or do 2 sets of bi-weekly challenges. There are plenty of other daily challenges already.
Storage and Slot costs - Just get rid of them it’s an unneeded progression in the game.
Grind cost of production of items and items and taxation. I probably wouldn’t get rid of taxation but I would get rid of the workbench costs. Asking for 75 gold just to craft a legendary is a paywall that doesn’t have to exist this can be taken out in the taxes instead.
Battlepass item recipes using other BP items that are no-longer craftable.- This one is fixable even if they don’t want to use perm blueprints their original idea was to open up each temp factions workbenches when they are in play. If they place them in similar lvl order during the bp to increase it just makes the BP look more valuable for playing each time it’s run. It’s not like they have to give out upgraded versions as rewards on the repeated rewards just make them craft able. Offer them up as workpieces for badges too, it just increases the value of badges as well as increases the expenditure of badges.
Some don’t like how Clans and Bands force social interaction and lock rewards behind it. - They could easily make more band challenges that are meant for solo or smaller groups. There is no reason why bands and clans have to have the same challenges when one can have 5x the members.
I’d probably ease up on some of the microtransactions - The elite version of the BP is kind of an unfair advantage. Buying lvls I would probably leave to the last 3/4s of an event. I’d agree it kind of sucks some of the fun out of the market angle of the game when the last items in a BP are on the market on the first day of the BP.
A lot of the cosmetics in the store are overpriced too. Cosmetic purchases should be at feel good about it prices.
Negative support responses to things like hacking. (breaches players trust levels) - This one’s difficult but I have seen them give players back untradeable versions back. When I was reading through some of the player accounts that were posted on steam, I was really surprised that neither Gaijin or Steam replied to try to work any of it out publicly. I’m not sure if it’s an issue of having enough bilingual employees, I know the numbers are low in Russia as far as fluency goes (5% of population) however they should have someone dedicated to dealing with it.
I could go on but it’s just getting long lol… It would be nice if the Devs and Community managers tried to talk to us more outside of reddit.
Read most of what you said and yea there is too many injustices in this game and most of it is blatantly obvious very early on in the game. Yea, there is way more reasons then what I listed out in my original post but for simplicities sake I decided to go with what I think is the number one reason which is low rewards/income/market prices etc.
A ton of things need to be fixed if they want to attract new players because if nothing major changes there is no way of convincing new players that this game is worth their time all the while older veterans like myself slowly lay off the game to compound on the problem.
That’s kind of why I stopped when I did lol didn’t want too many TL;DR
I think that’s where a lot of the negative reviews come in to play. Many of them came with complements to the game too which makes it so much harder to wrap ones head around. I honestly don’t no if the business model is via Gaijin’s or Targem’s either as well as if they have some type of exclusivity deal. If they do it would make sense why we don’t see it on other game stores like Epic’s.
Some of their policies do not make sense either like prohibitions on selling accounts. I know some of that is like anti-hack measures but still those cases tend to be slightly low outside of data breaches.
I get it but at the same time I’m trying to be fair to Targem too. I know it’s more complex then just monetization and I couldn’t sleep so I might show some of it while doing other things. I also get tired of hearing the same stuff as well. So I wanted to show some that weren’t brought up as I do like the game. I wouldn’t still be playing it if I didn’t.
I think much of it is fear of how far the game spans in terms of how long it takes to work your way up from 0. I still think it’s better than it use to be though the tutorial should probably earn you something from each weapon category so you can freely participate in the mini-passes to get the scout containers at this point. That’s just to avoid the negatives of how the system is set up against earning in to a stable account. It might be a little subjective too as I remember how hard it was to earn those epic seasonal crates years ago when starting out.
I remember the feeling, when I started a month or so in there was a 1/2 price sale on the original born to fly pack that I bought so I could afford to craft and bought the gas generator. I remember sitting there calculating out how many items I had to craft to pay out opening a workbench. Crafting wise the workbenches have gotten a little better but they could just remove that paywall and just move it to the taxes. That way it doesn’t penalize the people trying to craft their own way up. Situated players can deal with that cost overhang better than the new players can.
That’s super true.
Again true.
Same issue on myside I can do a weekly batch of bp missions in a day or two. New players can’t generally do that. It’s the same with badge earnings too as an older solo player I can get a lot more badges than new players can. However they should be taking advantage of the 200 weekly badges that are available via the player made brawls. I don’t think that is messaged well to them as many of them use pre-made builds.
I get their hesitance to make changes away from daily grind too. However they might be able to draw more players if they upped the reward for the dailies. I would suggest to change it per battle because not everyone can spend the same amount of time in game. Even if it’s 3 different players in the battles it’s still 3 players.
I’d also drop the min players for raids by half many of them can be done with only 2 players. Let players play the modes they want when they want. There’s a lot of player friendly stuff they could do. I can do a quick game or two each day. I just don’t want to have to wait a half hour to find that the mode I’d like to play pop up when I happen to be on. I saw similar reading through the complaints. Letting players play what they want when they want would also show them a lot of where to focus their dev efforts to as well.
@Nobler1500 I think we go off topic right after here so skip to here:

If there’s a scale trust me I have probably played it from either stuff I know from songs or things i made up while noodling around. I do visualise the fretboard like half the times in scales and extract chords from the scales but truth be told theres like thousands of 7 note scales and you will never learn them all if that is the main approach. The other half of the times I visualize the fretboard in 3 note triads, or larger arpeggios and then integrate it with the scales and then branch off so I don’t sound repetitive and learn the scales as I go. Most of the times it sounds good but sometimes I hit a note that don’t fit but I am getting better at it.
I try to check in when I’m near a device, plus it doesn’t hurt that I’m around computers often. In my off days I don’t even want to look.
I think players need to use the game idea suggestion form more too:
One of the first options is the option to: “Suggestion to change the existing content”
They can use translation software just as much as we can. It might be easier for them if we translate first though. I do wonder if they have a similar form on the ru version of the forum I just can’t remember at the moment if they do or not.
It wouldn’t surprise me if they (Devs) do not see much of what is posted in the forums. @Quaero_et_tego Do you you have any idea how much of what we post is seen by the Devs? Are you allowed to tell us?
I think they hardly pays much attention to reddit let alone the forum. Back before they nerfed the skadi, I offered my suggestions both here and over on reddit. Guess what happened? absolutely nothing, they went ahead and knocked the 130m off the range of the skadi anyways despite me and a couple other users voicing their displeasure on reddit.
It should be pretty obvious that they hardly ever take outside feedback. Like how often do you hear of the devs making tweaks to preplanned changes from the test server? I say they they make some form of alterations for about 1 in 100 preplanned changes from the test server and that is just when they are looking for feedback which probably means that the rest of the time they got their ears 100% completely shut.
It’s hard to tell I see things come out that were old ideas and sometimes new fixes that mirror things people have said. Other times not so much.
I know they listened a bit earlier on but it was before reddit and before the forums got super toxic/new forum change over with some of the nerfs/buffs.
The test server is often nearly or completely dead, I managed to get on on the last test, Couldn’t get my data to copy over, mentioned it in chat, server went down and came back up, issue still persisted with a different error code. Mentioned it still wasn’t working didn’t get an answer.
I actually hope they check who actually logs in and who leaves opinions as I think most people just give a gut answer about the changes with out any viable testing.
It’s also nearly impossible to tell if they are using old ideas from a backlog or current ones as they don’t say thanks to any players that submit ideas or suggestions. I remember people asking for Heli blades years ago and they were like no but maybe as just decor. Similarly I remember a lot more mods chiming in over if they sent something up the chain or not. That type of interaction went down over time as I said above.
Will they do do that Q and A thing from time to time soo maybe they do? but I know with regards to the test server they just about never factor in any feedback, that one is very obvious when you think about it because they hardly ever roll back or tweak any changes once a test server is finished.
I almost get the feeling that the devs does less than the bare minimum on purpose when it comes to listening to player feedback just to give the illusion that they are listening so that way players will stay more engaged with the game thinking that they may be being heard when the reality is the exact opposite.
That is why they post that q and a thing I dear say! not that it is they cares but they just want the players to think that they cares
Well the link that they had on the test servers or any other anouncement usually leads to a reddit post so I assumed that is the official means that they use to gather feedback(or at least pretend like they are gathering feedback). You know they might throw a scattered bone once in a while and say “look we are listening” so everyone will be more engaged so they can maximize profits.
I’ve seen those post and as much as I don’t want to speculate or cause rumors I’ve heard people say they only field questions that were presented in Russian. The questions they do answer tend to be ok but tend to avoid the state of the game issue.
I know they cut back on some of that after the original founders bp testing. Remember they use to run a test prior to the BP coming out. I know they took feedback on those back then. I’m not sure if they just tried to increase the efficiency of putting out the product by cutting that out.
Rollbacks they’ve done a few times but those were cases where the player backlash was really bad. They also skipped doing some changes due to player feedback too. I would point at the torque change that never went through that kind of broke a lot of builds though.
I can understand product feedback can be harsh sometimes. I read reviews of things I’ve made and sometimes it feels like a hit piece. The lack or response when a response could be valid is kind of sad like I mentioned they don’t respond to any of the reviews on steam even the ones that would improve player trust.
That’s really at the core of the hard to tell part.
Yeah they normally get 20 some responses from people and a bunch of replies from hecklers that I never see on the test server. That’s kind of what I mean though. If they used the in-game polling to check on the people on the server in addition they might actually get a better view of what is a subjective response from looking at the numbers vs the subjective response from actually trying the changes. Both are valid but one is more a knee jerk response.
lol
Yea that is what is seems like. A ton of people needs to publicly voice criticism of a certain planned change before they even think about rolling it back and I mean a lot of people where the amount of outrage is too big to ignore.
I am pretty sure that is what it is. They will throw a bone every blue moon for plausible deniability, these guys are all about draining the game for every last cent until it dies because they ain’t got the resources to improve it in any meaningful way such as for example doing something like a crossout 3.0 or something. I seriously believe that this is the final stretch for crossout. You might have another couple little ups and downs but the game is effectively finished. I give it 2 years tops and then there simply won’t be enough players to keep the game going.
Hello @Dirty_Hamster,
I don’t have any number / percentage to provide, but they are mainly active on Reddit.

Increase power score difference between rarities majorly. Fix MM so the maximum PS difference in PVP is 2000 PS.
Playing below 9000 PS, I should not be matched with 15,000-17,000 PS. Then playing only Epic weapons and gear, I should not be spanked by Legendary and Relic weapons as well. Fix the disconnects that lead to unfair battles!
Fix MM, fix PS differences, let players actually receive a “fair chance to earn resources” again!
Then you will retain new players. Then MM will fix itself!
Hello Survivors,
I have nothing against the original message, but events have taken a turn for the worse (the people concerned know who they are), so the topic is now closed.
If you continue to spread false accusations/information, sanctions will be issued.
