Honestly, it looked like drama waiting to be unwrapped. I thought it was kind of demeaning calling the fixes nursery school controls. It really doesn’t surprise me how people responded. We also have a ton of posts already talking about the issue of these buried weapon hovers. Those complaint threads are less then a few weeks old.

I bet that’s because you don’t do Hovers.
Since they changed the controls, now if you are on hovers the whole craft acts like a very fast turret, pointing your guns instantly whichever way you aim the mouse. The entire craft swivels whichever way you point the mouse, almost immediately. The response is faster than most of the guns in this game actually rotate for themselves, so they don’t actually rotate most of the time, because they don’t have to. The entire build swivels instead.
That allows people to bury their guns deep into the build, armored and concealed from attack. You couldn’t do that with any other build (wheels, tracks, etc.) because the build doesn’t immediately whip about whichever way the mouse aims. Your guns rotate independently from your build, and your gun-barrels will typically end up obstructed by some part of your build, and you are very limited to how much you can armor them up.

Yes and no. Your explanation of the issue with hovers is well put. That’s probably the best clear explanation I’ve read. I understood that’s why people and myself are annoyed with the new hover situation, I need to bookmark your response and quote it to anyone who posts a new thread whining about the hovers. Not that we don’t understand the problem, we get it.
My confusion is or was whether or not that was what the original post was about. Lol. Was he complaining about the hover situation? Was he complaining about whales? Was he complaining about the now still mysterious QQ?

Ya, when in doubt, just assume it’s about “Hovers,” I suppose.

Or its made the game less tedius to play…
Easier to use doesnt always mean it takes less skill. Sometimes the old way is just cumbersome. Crossouts old controls just arent great tbh. Strafe on toggles pushing down when you are strafing the entire game? Id rather not keep replaceing my controlers thanks. Or put the extra strain on my hands.
Id say they innovated better controls.
And now waltzes can be burried nice and deep in a build. The new controls have saved waltze imo.
And there are disadvantages to new controls too.
Besides people just used ai and cronus to prevent clippinh on burried builds and make shots easier. The new controls just evens the playing field more vs those cheaters.

Thats not how crossout played on console. The new co trols are very different to consoles old controls as well.
Your sounding a bit like a pc elitist.
These guys think they’re smart, in fact they’re bunch of n00bs, now they’re talking about skills or other garbage but for real they’re the people who cannot adapt and was always crying on this forum about hovers or others n00be problems. Since all good players abandon crossout and this dead forum ,those guys think they’re gods of crossout bc theres nobody else left who will slap their faces and show their place

I find it funny when I read a post filled with vitriol against them, but I literally am not sure who the them is they’re referring to. Do they not teach grammar and punctuation in schools, or am I being insensitive to ESL folks? That’s a semi-serious question since I run into this issue everywhere on the internet. There are arguments all over the place, and I literally do not know what people are angry about. This thread is one of them. I mean, I kinda’ sorta’ know, but jeeze… wouldn’t it have been easier to say, “I hate that the new hover controls, so I’m not spending money on the game” than whatever that was at the beginning.
Oh, and I read QQ means Quit Qomplaining.

I pondered that, but then noticed there wasn’t a question to be found. 
QQ are the salty suh-weet tears that roll down your cheeks right after getting lanced 12 seconds into a match.
Generally given liberally with perceived unfairness.

As to the rest. Yes, you could bunker your weapons before BUT it came with a severe disadvantage of not being able to really get the damage down. BE it hard to aim with no shooting angle, weapons constantly blocked, impulse, etc… You really only saw it on giant spiders as they were easier to aim.
Now, the mouse aim snaps them 100% on point instantly - with an accuracy NO human I’ve seen can match.
It also allows them to only armor the front and leave the rear completely exposed with a lot less danger (due to the quick tuning with 100% accuracy). So I have to go through 1000’s of armor points, while they have full access to my weapons.
They are nursery school controls again, because they are catering to the masses. As someone who statistically is worth thousands of the ‘masses’, I am offended, and entitled to be. That’s why ‘whales QQ’ (which means cry).
Did I make that easy enough for all of you?
How do you not onow why people get mad on the internet? You got mad at me for saying drones are easy to use. Because they are. Def easy mode. Theyre like a bunny hill. Easy to use but not as much of a threat as a bigger slope. Anyone can manage the bunny hill.

Um…theres a few things wrong with what youve said. People have been leaving the butt of their hover naked for as long as side hovers have been a thing; for one.
Nursery school controls? Lol. ok there buddy. Or they just innovated their controls and optimized them. Like…id rather not have strafe on my push down joystick buttons thanks. That just breaks controlers when your useing hovers or the like. So you think all other shooters are nusery mode too? Only crossout on old controls is big boy? Because most shooters use these kind of controls you plebian.

Also you assume you have spent more, so what you say is worth more. I bet we got guys here that spent 5 times what you have. They just don’t act like it gives them more rights here.
