Just highlight the text and right click mouse button and you’ll see ‘Translate selection to English’
it works everywhere not just the forum.
and if you go to Russian forum ect. you get an icon in the https:// bar on the right side that says ‘Translate this page’ Beta.

Also: if that won’t work, ctrl+c everything and go to google translate and press ctrl+v. (make sure the left side says “detect language”).
