Yesh, the build I play uses an incinerator as the second weapon.
I do not think they are valid for stand alone weapons though.

I have been tempted to pick up some more and see what a quad Jubokko build could do.
Beholder would be the obvious choice for cabin, but I could see Hadron working too, as it might allow you to keep the reload fast enough to send a second volley just as the first volley deactivates.
I wish they didn’t mess up your own teammates so much though. I apologize to any allies I have accidentally trapped!
