Cheating allowed

Hah, Scorps have a considerable flying time, I didn’t see people cheating with Scorps since that won’t bring much.

Maybe you forgot to add “using controller”, boy?

Without the controller it is not working

And when someone uses a controller its spectating looks different - his aiming is marked with diagonal crosses.

You are projecting your age, being a crybaby.

I can’t help you are too poor to afford a controller. Maybe if you learned to ask questions other than “would you like fries with that” you could afford one.
Your crying does not change that EVERY player has the option to use it and it is implemented identically on all platforms.

It just shows your lack of experience.

Bro controllers are £50+ and get drift every few months, kinda bs ngl

Controllers are a cost of the hobby, just like a mouse and keyboard is.
Few people play long on the e-waste that comes with a PC and few people build their own PC so it’s not like periphials costs are absent from PC gaming.

And yeah, stick drift happens amazingly fast. Panned obsolescence is a real thing. (mine last 2-3 months tops)

No but my mouse and keyboard still works perfectly after 4 years.

I’ve gone through easily 6-8 controllers costing me over £200-300 in that time and I think that’s disgusting.

Get a real controller like the Elite - it costs 4 times as much but last way longer than 4 controllers and has extra functions.

If people buy cheep equipment then they deserve what they get.

It’s the same at work, if you buy :poop: tools then don’t cry when they break.

You know both controllers use the same stick sensors, right?

To be even more specific as the joystick module tip looks different because of how it mounts it’s sticks… the sensor module they use is the exact same across controllers and are these parts:

I’ve taken many controllers apart to clean, customize and fix. There is nothing stopping an “Elite” controller from getting the same drift as any other controller

That’s true about everything from game controllers to shoes to household items, even brand name stuff is built as cheaply/poorly and marked up so much, it’s quite sad really, I worked in a position where I could see how the made in crappola stuff was priced, This is an actual example of how markups are done the company I worked for was selling a special kind of stain for 350$ per can, yet that very can cost my company 60$ to buy and sense it became a slow-moving item being it was a specialized stain my company ended up making it a clearance item and sold out the remaining stock for 100$ per can

So those 50$ Euro controllers probably cost the stores somewhere around 2 euros to 8 euros

I get irritated when so-called professionals and companies claim planned obsolescence isn’t real, it is and companies actively put pressure on manufacturers to cut costs of said items so they save, not the customers, thus in return the manufacturers cut quality and corners screwing over the end purchasers of said products, the companies who sell the products are the big winners!

I called the profit scheme the CEO tax as in the end company CEO’s and higher-ups get fat bonuses, rewarding themselves for screwing over both their customers and manufacturers

Sorry for the long winded rant but the subject of how stuff is priced works me up.

Nice controller discussion. But a wrong place.
You got wrong with both assumptions. I don’t play with controller because I don’t like that.
And yes, every player can play with a controller. But that looks different if you spectate that. Let me point your attention to that one more time.
Mr. @xo_guy123 shared a video with that but unexpectedly removed it.

Yeah it;'s pretty bad, and one of the only industries you can’t “pay for higher quality” is the tech industry. All those parts will come from the same place, it’s rare that you’ll ever truly be paying for a better product by payign substantially more. You can pay less for worse of course but electronics don’t tend to matter all that much…

I remember when I was mining Eth on the side… I’d just buy bulk electronics from Ali Express and they were just the same quality as everywhere else but I paid less…

I would like to say that I don’t buy from there anymore, the less from China the better. If you want a cool extension then try Cultivate - It shows you where products are coming from on Amazon so you can make better choices if you’re into that sort of thing…

I’ve not removed anything?

I’m guessing post was removed because someone’s soft feelings got hurt by words on a screen, I’ll repost it and hopefully no one has to call the suicide hotline.

I suggest giving up arguing with strangers on a forum, if you think you have proof of cheaters compile it report it, and send the evidence to the mods. Clearly, you’re just wasting your time trying to force your point onto people who don’t agree with you or see what you see!

It’s starting to look like you’re just keeping it going for the sake of arguing at this point, if that’s the case just stop, it’s just invalidating your point and any evidence you may have, I suggest you just report it to the right people and hope they actually do something as no one here has any sway on how and if cheaters get dealt with…

No kidding. They almost sound like adults talking about grown-up schit. I hate that. Intelligent conversation is so 90’s. This is not the place or time for that.

This thread’s persistence seems to be evidence that the Rat’s are running the household (and that monkey handled most of the flagging)…well done, rats. There appears to be no moderation, as a thread like this would normally have been cancelled and re-directed to the proper channels for making a complaint.

It serves no purpose at all as a point of discussion. I’m not even sure it’s a proper vent thread, because it makes it seem like somehow, we’re supposed to do something about it, or are even capable of deciphering WTF is going on in those videos.

Yes, people cheat, but how many and to what end? This whole game is a system of exploits. Things like aim-bots and wall-hacks are actually incorporated into the game. Many kids are openly exploiting the physics engine, and anything else they can imagine.

Nobody likes a cheater, and you’re preaching to the choir on that, OP. Proof, on our end, is both near impossible to verify for us, and completely impossible for us to fix.

…oh good. Here comes officer Monkey. Flag it, officer.

It not as cut and dry as that.

Elite controllers have 4 extra buttons.

The most stress you’re going to put on a controller for Crossout is strifing, which is controlled by pushing in the sticks.

When using an elite controller you use the button under the controller for that. Then you still have two extra button to also move controls (which also relieves stress on other parts of the controller)

In all the years I played Crossout I have only ever use 3 controllers.

The first was my original Xbox One controller.
That one never broke, but I bought an elite 1.
That one never broke and I bought an elite 2 just because 2 and I have to have the new toys.

You might be man handling your stick to much.
The harder you push does not make it work any better.

I remember watching my kids play Xbox when they were young. They would press the sticks so hard that they would even lean with their body thinking it makes it faster.

You don’t only need good tools, you need to have some finesse and know how to use them.

To my ass-hole stalker, lurking about my every post: I have you on ignore, and it’s going to stay that way.

Remember to clean the Cheeto dust off your hands before playing Crossout!

Perhaps I drive actual cars in Crossout, perhaps it’s because I play OW and other games on them who knows. I actually used to break the LB on old controllers due to the excessive handbrake usage… the button was actually pressed deep inside the controller using a thin plastic strip which was tought over another part of the controller and would snap. The parts you use most depend heavily on what you play, not just a generic “In Crossout”.

I also play a lot of rocket league which requires a tonne of stick movement, it’s not a game you even use mnk for on PC.

Maybe if you weren’t so condescending you’d actually make some friends online dude. You don’t really know what you’re talking about and just throw backhanded insults for some reason, you play on 3 platforms and spend most of your life here yet you don’t seem to have any friends.
