Connection issues

I have the same issue on europe servers since the last ddos attack. I can only play in russian servers. When I switch to eu server the match with always starts with %30 packet loss and its unplayable.

Just an update on my end. Don’t know what the devs did, if they fixed or changed something or another possibility is the route from my internet to their servers something got changed or fixed, anyway I can finally play the game again. It’s actually better now than before literally haven’t desynced once in the past few days. Hope it stays this way.

I dont know if this is relevant to the issues ive had but since 2.0 update to the game ive had random crashes back to desktop. while i never had many issues playing the game. it can be a full day no problems or just log in from steam to crossout game and it can crash. or it has loading problems with assets when i just log into the game.

Also some of the crashes dont alert the software to send a report to crossout technicial thing.

i do own a lot of BPs 32 and the ex has 32 = 64 slots of information
Then also i notice the game sometimes takes very long to load into my account when its dealing with details being send or recieved or proccesed.

Something has became very unstable to proceed and then the game says BYE and crash.

To my blant simple understanding something is struggeling server side (most likely) since the update.
But im gone change my modem next year and hope i can get a upgrade on that system to.
thats only bad link i can think of my side that he modem i use is 6 years old (but it worked fine before 2.0 update). scratches brain

Stil i have never realy had issues with crashes until 2.0 update came.

to my simple understanding i got a feeling there is a memory issue of assets being send or recieved or a serten overflow boundary

pc i got has been upgraded and runs good (AMD 5800x and 3070 RTX) nothing this 2.0 update should have a issue with and overkill amount of ram (i forgot but i always get to much when building pc).

Sadly i can only improve my side of the connection that much to the game servers of crossout.

Also ather people have had weird crashes due of 2.0 update.
im stil happy i get play time before it crash on me… but it aint healthy to wonder when its gone crash again on me when i do play the game…

I mean, i have a bunch, but new users can only post one.

Normally starts happening around 10:30 EST USD, the past couple days. When it starts with the packet loss, chat servers still connected and working fine, and marketplace, and such. Just battle and raids really failing.

That’s what I was looking for, what a information! present here at this website, thank you admin!!

this dude has no clue what yall talking skula plz bro read what people are saying

I Know its easy to say its on our side but i promise you if it happening with this many people with this many diffrent providers and vpn mabye its time to look at your server side ive spent so much time and money on this game and i enjoy it but this constant rubberband/loadingscreenbug ruins all immersion and motivation for this game you guys could have players who play this for 5 hours straight but instead you have people with poor user experiences then drop it for good or play for 20 mins tell this bug happens please for the love of the snail god just tell someone higher up than you we don’t want you to fix it but it needs ATTENTION ASAP -sincerely a hopeful gamer

I’ve actually logged in with a T1 line a few times and I think the issues somewhere in the middle. Just say there’s a really good chance it’s not necessarily be on your end or theirs but it really only takes one problem server down the line to mess things up. Neither of you can really control that though.

See thats the thing i play warthunder it works fine its only crossout literally ONLY game that has problems to these awful degree and they wont even try to help us just want us to fix it ourselves

We have a community with more than 500 brazilian players, I have been attending it for more than a year and I can say with certainty that the problem with connection makes it impossible to play this game (even at NA server). As we like the game a lot, we insist as time goes by but apparently the problem also becomes bigger and bigger. Currently we can play without PacketLoss using programs like NoPing and ExitLag, but how long will we have to depend on these programs to be able to play?
