as far as i can see you need to engage right away n shoot.
if you wait you get no points.
and losing the match you should be able to get points for your contribution…

I swear they posted an explanation of CC points last year, although I remember thinking that it left many questions unanswered.
I know the scoring is different from normal PVP.
I think winning a match greatly increases the points you can get, and the number of parts damaged seems to have more impact than normal. Area effect weapons can generate a lot of CC points, even if your actual score is low.

This is how it happens…the match starts, you try to shoot things, hope for the best, and when it’s over, if you get anything at all, you be grateful and don’t ask how you got it. Knowledge, after all, is just fluff.
