Does fusing give an unfair advantage?

That part there has no merit. Its F2P, its set up to grind or pay. If he pays, he skips the grind. If he pays a ton, he gets fused items. If you want it to be completely fair, youre gonna need to put hundreds/thousands more hours in, or break out your wallet. Otherwise youre basically asking to have no fusions because someone out there has enough disposable income to Fast Pass his way to the front of the line. Sorry, your nailed it with resource sink and people with money. Those two things are what they are, not gonna change ever. Pony up or put some more time in.

P.S. +5% damage on anything is miniscule, blockchains included. It literally equates to if they land 20 shots, they get one shot extra damage for free. Nothing in this game is going to take 20 triple blockchain blasts to the face. I find it odd that was the straw that broke your back and changed your mind.

Not miniscule, this raises the rarity by close to half a grade, and the ps will not have any increase

Agree here.

If someone grinds it out in game or if someone grinds it out at work with real life money it is all the same thing.

You can’t hate the dude without a job that can play 24/7 to get everything they want

And

You can’t hate the guy that works all the time and would rather spend cash on what they want.

I see you’re slowly starting to understand.

Yes, I understand that this would be a great change to even out PvP. That is exactly what my example explains.

Thanks for coming over to our side.

Can you stop acting like everyone is dumb?

I did read with understanding.

This is not meant to punish people for fusing gear, and it’s not meant to “solve” a seal club problem, this is to help even out the playing field and still let people that fused gear still feel like it is worth it.

Like we have been explaining from the beginning, this is a slight change. And yes, sometimes small changes go a long way to make balance better.

In my example you would have to have weaker wheels and a weaker engine to make that build work at the same PS.

Is that game breaking for the guy playing the fused car? No, it’s not. So that guy shouldn’t have a complaint.

Does it make that person a little easier to kill? Sure it does. So newer guys should be happy with the change.

This change helps newer players without fused gear and does not make much difference to the guy with the fused gear.

Their should be no reason anyone would be against that.

Food for thought: Vets help the game grow, not hold on to advantages while they crush the community.

I read so many posts.
I understand all the points for and against.
Nothing I have seen in this thread changes my mind.

Some things are earned. Earn them. Or pay to skip to them. No changes are needed to upgrades power score wise.

The changes being talked about can effectively be negated by dropping one dam radar level. Talk about a useless waste of dev’s time.

Want to make it easier on newbs? Increase the level they go from being supreme bot killers to the shark pool. The shark pool will still be there. Edit: Maybe offer them choices of a set of fused guns for completing Awakenings or some crap.

That’s not my intention rly, just stop acting like you don’t know what you’re talking about. On one hand you say that upgraded parts don’t give any advantage and don’t matter much and on the other hand you say that upgraded parts should have increased power score so new players have a better chance of a fair game.
Now let me ask you , if upgraded parts don’t matter then why increase their power score?

You contradict yourself many times in this thread and change your mind, I’ve already lost what you really have in your head.
It seems that you don’t know what you are saying or writing anymore and you seem lost. I think you’re being too emotional about this and your feelings are blinding you to clear judgment.

If you want, I can pull it all out and point out every nonsense you say.

I would advise you to read everything from the beginning, slowly and with understanding, so that you do not make such mistakes again.

Yeah man, this is what everyone else had to do, I get that.

And again  I’m here just to talk.
Who cares if it gets added or not.

This is a completely different topic, but I don’t think you will make the new player experience better by making them fight bots longer.

For me it would the exact opposite.

I think many people see a bunch of bots at the start of the game and they are like “uninstall”

The new player experience is awful, but maybe we should start a new thread on that?

Maybe we need a new discussion, I have sent my relevant suggestions to the developers:

Pvp is bound to be unfriendly to newbies, so solve the problem from another angle: open the garage as an online map, so players can show their garage and play with others, where players don’t get defeated because of their abilities

I believe I always have very good ideas, it’s just up to the developers to adopt them

I have also taken the time to do this.

Yes, a new discussion would be best.

We need even more then we have.

I know people complain about market taxes and so on, but these types of things are a needed evil.

nobody wins in this, and it makes the Devs not want to come here to see your ideas.
all players have ideas…the Devs are the final say that make it to the game.
sorry for the interruption again…please carry on!

I believe that the developers will not make any changes, increasing the ps undoubtedly affects the willingness of players to fusing, which is equivalent to reducing their income, mainly because it has no obvious other benefits

Agreed

Agreed… I didn’t start seeing those little stars on people’s components after I was killed for quite some time, and even then, it was only at higher PS. I don’t think people latched onto the idea of fusing lower tier weapons until later.

Yep… and they get those weapons & then realize they can’t compete with them because they’re going against dudes with those same weapons, but fused. It’s why I’d suggest any newer players completely fuse lower tier components, wheels & cabs before they start getting sweaty over legendaries or relics.

No. The first thing I fused (dumbly) was sledgehammers. I should’ve fused rads & coolers first, but my point still stands. Those are blue. They’re easy to grind to & fuse. I still used blue-only builds on a regular basis. It’s simply easier to knock out dailies at low PS. That’s not P2W. It’s free, and I’m winning. LOL

I still think locking higher rarities out of lower PS matches is an easy solution. The rarities & PS brackets are easy to debate, but anything would be an improvement over seeing legendaries in sub 8k matches.

Exactly… I only hate 'em when they try to shame each other.
Some dudes work all the time & still can’t/won’t afford paying for virtual toys. Respect to whatever your decision is. Well… I don’t know about spending all your free time in a video game unless you’re physically disabled. Someone recently posted a screenshot of their hours in game, and OH MY GOD! I’m literally left wondering if they do anything else at all.

Block 'em… makes the forum much more tolerable.
I don’t know if these people were single children, were never properly socialized, are trolls, or are actually suffering from a very real mental illness… in any case, I have no chance or desire to fix them or put up with their childishness.

Sir do you even read the messages or do you jump to conclusions based on a few misconceptions of your favorites? I recommend you to delve into what has been discussed here on this forum, I know that there is a bit of it and it can be tiring but if you are able to judge someone or block posts based on the opinions of others, while making mistakes, I advise you to at least read what Poony and Monkey wrote to me in their last two messages, who here insults whom can be seen in black and white.

Consider whether you want to play blocking posts, remember that this stick has two ends, and you are not the only one who can do it.
Look at your message what you wrote to me and how much wording you used that could be recognized as an insult are you serious?

The interesting thing is that I was careful to NOT include your username, quotes from you, or other direct links to you in my quotes.

If you or anyone else finds someone annoying, I’d rather they just block each other and not have unproductive arguments. I haven’t blocked you - obviously. Yet.

The following is NOT in reference to Kuba or anyone else in this thread - just debating things online in general.

My comment about the guy who posted his “hours in game” stat from Steam should perhaps be remembered. The guy we’re arguing with just may be absolutely nuts.

If we keep"talking past each other," maybe it’s best to just stop attempting communicating with certain people.

I have only blocked 3 people… That vanlifer dude who is apparently a professional victim, the sock puppet, and the dude who repeatedly announced he was leaving. Noble or whatever… And that was temporary.

I encourage anyone who finds people so obtuse they can’t communicate with them to just block those people. Some folks will block me, some folks would be baffled by that decision. Either way, the forum would be more enjoyable for all if we weren’t bickering pointlessly.

If, for example, someone says something rude to me, I may put the same words in my reply, it would be better to bring them to his attention
