In low p.s probably . But me personally i’m talking about hover meta in high tiers sweaty clan battle.
If you’re a “top ten” player, then obviously you must have gone through plenty of hovers yourself to get there.
It’s hard to understand why you’re the one complaining about hovers while simultaneously bragging about your top ten status (like anybody cares). If you’re so good, then go get’em, tiger. What’s the problem?
Don’t brag and cry at the same time. That’s hard to process. I don’t see that very often, and I’m not sure I’m handling it very well. It’s usually one or the other.
Like trolling the forum with a thread complaining about “trolls on the forum.” It was unusually peaceful on the forum, before…that, whatever that’s about. So just like that situation there, so is this thread; oddly ironic. Hovers haven’t been overwhelming in a while.
I’m sorry you’re having such a tough time with those hovers, but from my perspective, there is a lot going on in the game that can chew you up real good real fast. Hovers aren’t that outstanding presently, IMO. I see them either owning the final shot in matches, or getting drug across the dirt like a dogs chew-toy.
When I have a hover-boi on my team, and that’s often the case. I try to make sure that guy survives, because at any power-score I’ve played at, they are always fragile, but they are indeed also very lethal. If that guy survives our team wins often, but taking him out just takes a tiny lapse in security, and then it’s over. No more sniper-dude.
This is sort of an old strategy, so I doubt I’m telling you anything new, right? You’re a pro. “Top 10” and all that, so I’m sure you’ve seen it before. In fact they set up traps for dogs like me, who know to take out that hover early, and are coming for his bones. They are often waiting for me.
Maybe you should be fishing for a strategy (instead of a nerf) for dealing with hovers, if you think they are currently an issue, because I’m not sure they are, and I think if you actually asked you could probably get some good advice. This forum is actually good for that, despite your amusing accusation of it being riddled with trolls.
PS: that “ignore” feature doesn’t really work as well as I hoped, but thanks for the tip.
it is a bit slow
The comment is a little slanted and barbed, but not aimed at you. I was snidely suggesting that perhaps there were other people besides myself that have solutions to hovers, and yours looks like it has Hover-pop potential. Fast and stealthy is the only way I know how to do it. Just driving right at them in a cab not built for either is suicide, IMO.
The other obvious solution is Homing missiles. Since they are so soft usually, even the Trombone wrecks them a bit.
I’ll admit Hovers can be rough, they’re advanced game gear and should be tough, but I think there are solutions, and I don’t think they are OP. At least not in PVP. If this topic is exclusive to Clan Wars, then whatever. I don’t do clan wars (I don’t do patrols either), so I really don’t know what goes on there, but in PVP they are strong sometimes (often?), but I don’t think they are without a profound exploitable weakness; fragility.
I think they are mostly where they should be. I’m sure they hate the speed nerf as much as everybody else (they did get one, didn’t they?).
Makes sense your complaining about hovers on a ride that maxes out at 88km. That’s my Hadron builds max speed, and that is a heavy cabin. Ferrari probably has way too many wheels on his ride too. Dude is blaming hovers instead of blaming his lack of ingenuity. Like jeeze…way to try and catch hovers on a heavy cab and cry about it bruh… And no you weren’t right. Lol. He’s showing the last 10km of acceleration. Which take a while to reach irl and in game. Jet propelled things that don’t touch the ground will reach max speeds much faster that things on the ground irl.
I just made a build to show y’all as a counter arguement to Xbox who acts like I’m full of crap.
This build has a max speed of 120km. It reaches 110km in three seconds. The last 10km take another like five seconds to go from 110-120. So ya what Ferrari saying is a massive over exaggeration. This build has over 2khp and accelerates to 75 just as fast as any hover. So omg instead of 3sec vs his 60 sec claim its 8sec vs his 60sec claim. Dude only overexagerated his number by 8x the amount Instead of 20x the amount and now he thinks that he’s right? What a joke.
Also in my test demonstration of acceleration I’m going over bumpy uneven terrain and even then it accelerates like a monster.
And yes I know Hadron is a medium classified cabin Xbox. But it is heavy af. Saving myself the time of having to respond to you saying I’m dumb and that Hadron isn’t heavy class. Because u know you were going to correct me on that, because you will say anything to try an look right.
Yeah, he plays a build that can only go 88 then complains wheels are to slow lol
Maybe he should just build a faster car.
If Ferrari is complaining about never being able to catch hovers and he’s using an 88km max speed build to do it… that tells me right off the bat something with him is off.
Someone who has played over four years and is in top ten clan wars should have no problem making a build with substantial hp that can catch a hover, in terms of making physical contact… Yet Ferrari frank can’t make a build to catch a hover and is making complain threads about it.
I call bs on Ferrari frank. There’s no way your diamond player who has played for four years. Unless you started playing when you were three and now your seven. I don’t see an adult struggling with your problem in game.
The hover can reach 75 . That make no sense a 88 kph wheel build feel slower. It’s 13 kph more .
I wouldn’t worry about this to much, your talking to someone known for for being a joke and playing an all Kappcan build for years. This is not a Meta top clan player.
The only goal of all of this and the rest of the topics started by this person are to buff Kappcan only builds.
They are only here to troll the forum, just like they do the game.
Yes, I can confirm this is BS.
Bruh… Because your build has a max speed of 88. And the last ten kilometers your acceleration will be bupkiss. And you have ground contact and terrain bumps and dips to deal with. If your build had better acceleration you’d catch hovers no problem. My MEd cab builds on small tracks with a max speed of 90km catches hovers so easily. Because the build has proper acceleration.
Your using a build that is too slow to catch hovers bruh.
Stop complaining and fix yourself instead of blaming everything else for your failures.
This build keeps up with hovers and catches them. It has a max speed of 95. It’s a little tough to catch up to hovers and ram them, but I can do that with it to. It has no engine. If it had an engine it would overtake hovers instantly.
since when 88 kph is faster 75 kph ,use your brain trolls in the forums . It’s 17,5% faster.
We’re not trolling. This is how physics works. Maybe learn some physics and get back to us. Like. Think of cars as walking in water and hovers as walking on land. There’s more friction in the water so you accelerate slower. Less friction = more acceleration. Things hovering in the air have no acceleration. Hovers also don’t have to travel as far as wheeled builds when moving from point A to point B. this is because hover move in a true streight line, while wheels go up and down on bumps and terrain making them have to travel more distance as they are moving in a curved line due to going over terrain bumps.
That’s the last I’ll say to try and help you understand. Your too stubborn to listen to people. It’s seems you’d rather argue and wallow in failure than admit your wrong, and in turn learn how to fix your problem.
Ps there are many other factors I game. Like power and power drain. You can have a build with a higher max speed and crap acceleration due to too much power drain and not enough power. And then have trouble catching a build with less power drain and less max speed.
Since when the physics of crossout is perfect?
I knew you would respond with that…gl with that bruh.
All my hermit wheels are fused for less power drain . And my engine is fused for more power baby.
Hover 75 mmmmmh.
So are you bragging that your car is fast?
yea. 88 is faster than 75, fair enough i’m right.
