Keep swimming poolside, bro
That’s the thing, at least to me, once all the prestige structural parts are unlocked, it essentially makes for a 2nd Quest (like the OG Legend of Zelda). Another play-through with even better parts. Yeah, it’s odd to make a game where it’s beginning game-play is only decent after beating the game and unlocking everything, but that’s environment we find ourselves in, at least in Crossout.
True and being able to play at any PS is what makes XO great.
It’s just not for me.
And most games on the second play through it is much harder and more challenging. That is not the case with XO.
A lot of weapons with oma will become op in low ps.Especially with machine guns autocannons or something.
I like the new paint.
Still tinkering on the build though. I want something very Nomad. Now that they have changed the way the structure parts function, I’d like to get back into doing “faction builds.”
My former policy on that was to allow only Engineer’s parts for Engineer builds, but to allow both Engineer’s parts and relative faction parts for “Faction builds.” Otherwise, it seemed unachievable, and it seemed to be normative for the Faction Builds already in the game to be built under these parameters.
Anyway, I’m curious to see how that would go, now that there are actually passive perks to be accrued from doing so. It seems like a more relevant project now, with the update to damage models, than when I was doing it just for fun and discipline.
I got PVP-MVP with the ol’Boom-Sticks this morning. I haven’t done that in a while, so I guess this build stays (old one goes).
I also got pwnd several times, but that’s just how it goes with Joust-rods, I reckon. It can be pretty disappointing.
Still sporting the Space-Net Paint. I like that stuff.
I still haven’t built anything that really wins with the new Gerridae, but this one was good for some mayhem, because Skinners do that.
It was fun, and the game felt stupid at the time.
But, because I still like to win occasionally too, I still have my Auger/Goblin monster.I keep thinking they are going to nerf that schit, but they haven’t.
It might look like a friendly dragon…
…but it’s not. It’s META disguised as a friendly dragon. It makes a good pet, and I’m keeping it.
Looks cool man
Except it’s not. Normally I don’t post here unless I can get it to kill something at least once. I shouldn’t have dignified that one by posting it, but I was amazed at how badly it did. The bot’s make it look much more capable, and I thought I actually used better parts here and there.
The Hulk is fused, but it doesn’t seem to do anything. It makes a cool noise, but that’s about it.
I used to like Hulks, and I thought they would have improved with the new damage mechanics, but not so much, I guess.
i love it!!!
PS, can someone PLEASE post in the Off Topic section? There’s a limitation of 3 consecutive posts per user… thank you!
Wanted to make a spider, it ended up looking like a camel. It’s original version that had a kaiju looked less like a camel, I forgot what it was called since this build is a modified from one on the exhibition rather than build by self from the ground up. I named it the camelspider, a neat thyrsus build, nothing too extreme, the gun can’t rotate properly due to the legs and it’s a basic cheetah chameleon ghost build with flywheel and radar+radio but it works
please tell me you know camel spiders are real? and your build looks JUST like one!!
Yup, making it look like it was not intentional, but in the end I made a camel, that is a spider, that looks like a camel, and a spider, so a camelspider, but also a camelspider, so it’s a camelspider because it’s a camelspider because it’s a camel and spider, camelspider
It’s More Space Taxi
Updated the front end. I like it better, but it’s heavy. I got PVP-MVP with it, and generally it does good, but I think I liked it lighter.
This one I built with all Nomad and Engineer parts. It MVPs the helloutta Patrols, but I was getting moshed pretty bad by melee-brick squads in PVP. It sucked, but I’m not going to give up on it yet. Melee squads are tough, and getting pwnd by them isn’t so unusual. I’ll try it again later.
That dragon build is just perfect. Saw many, some are impressive, but this one clicks.
I’ve been trying for months to get better at cannons. I’m getting there, and this build is helping.
The king/hadron/KA2 trick is amazing… turns cannons into fast firing weapons.
Augers quickly dispatch turrets & weaponless enemies trying to cap while you fire at dangerous enemies.
I know it’s a ton of ammo, but they’re both fused, and I was occasionally running out of ammo.
Its only weakness that I am suffering from at the moment is an occasional nuggetization issue I’m having.
It’s DEEEEEP in the build, so fixing it will require a bit of time. The cab is set pretty far back, but every now and again, someone manages to get a nice shot off that is hitting a very buried 8x4 frame. It’s not common at all for this to happen, but enough to be something I know I need to fix.
Take a small omni cannon out in to the awakening area like what I bumper into you with the last time and just do massive rounds of practice it works.
