My build I made for Confrontation. I’m really proud of it.
I like making boxy, utilitarian vehicles.
I’m also happy that most of the parts are easily obtainable for players.
Are all the legs connected to one piece of frame on each side?
No. Four.
Very cool.
I made a 6 leg cyclone the other day. Over and under with the cyclones.
I in-set the legs on the sides so they dot stick out to far.
You can’t leave that Cyclone hanging like that, it looks lik a M420 car now
That’s what bugs me most about that car. I need it hanging so my two guns can shoot enemies in front of me.
Let’s hope it doesn’t make me super toxic.
Now that’s funny
A few new builds:
I had some workpieces for a couple corvos, so I decided to give them another try. I liked them in the past, but I got greedy during a price surge and sold them.
Since I only have two, decided to go low PS and try the new Hot Rod perk. Saving up for a third, but not sure which cabin I would use on a mid PS version.
The clash of the engineers thing got me playing with cerebus again. I didn’t enter this in the contest, but maybe I should have, as it works pretty good.
Decided to try the new legendary saw between a couple harvesters, and I think I like it. Still need to experiment with how I’m mounting it, but this position seems to work ok.
Here’s the rear:
I think this build killed me today in my garage
did i miss a BP during fishing season or last years fishing season?
Possibly.
I have no idea when I got them, but must have been from a BP. I never buy the mini BPs, but I always buy the real ones.
The Call has become my Halloween tradition, even if drones really suck…and they do, but I did get MVP with it once last night.
Doc, I appreciate the editing and effort you put into your pictures
Frakenstein is now complete I guess. I put it out the other day a bit too premature but there is now a lot of improvements on it. More frames on the front plus lots of spikes for insta killing incoming tusks and more framed out on the sides for better side wedge protection. Revenge for all the times those tusks insta killed my low ps goliath drone builds. It is now truly a 5.5k monster. Linked video in the bottom to show what I’m talking about
Tusks and under-slung shotguns seem to be pretty thick right now too. It’s nice to see them get a good mauling.
Picked up a third corvo, so I made this thing:
Since taking this screenshots, I’ve added an Iris for better degunning, and swapped to Grizzly, so that I don’t go over weight if I lose my engine before my plows.
Edit: just noticed that the parts list doesn’t include the maxwell I have hidden below the cabin. Weird.
Yea this is like the ultimate counter to the tusk and melee builds lol. Now the huginns underslung shotguns are tougher but still got an advantage over them and tend to win the majority of one on one engagements with them just the same. Yea those tusks is the sole reason I can’t play goliaths at low ps which sucks, glad someone got enjoyment from seeing them getting wrecked.
I just worry about your rear in the build, normally with spiders I pop that back frame causing to lose their rear legs. You might want to mess with the framing back there so losing the rear most frame doesn’t allow for the legs to fall off by itself. (i.e. split the frame attaching the legs in two.)
